We are able to diagnose and locate your electrical fault. This may be intermittent or could be a permanent issue, if it is an intermittent fault, we prefer to be able to discuss the situation when the fault occurs, this can cut the time to find the issue from hours to minutes - literally! The more information you can give us about what happens or doesn't all helps to narrow down where we will start to look for the issue.
Money saving tip - if you have had some work done in the property recently, even seemingly un-related, let us know, as this can sometimes be related to the problems you are now experiencing.
The fault finding process usually starts with your email or phone call explaining the problem, sometimes we can prove the issue is not your electrical installation without even having to attend your property. Assuming this is not the case we will arrange to visit at a convenient time and start with a visual inspection. We have invested in a wide range of test equipment over the years and should be able to locate or narrow down the problem to a small area within a relatively short time. Once the problem has been identified we will let you know what we have found and our recommendation to get it put right, ensuring your installation is repaired and can be put safetly back into service.In addition to your basic electrical installation and consumer unit, we often repair the following:
